History

Shakuntala is the adoptive daughter of Ghandarva and Menaka. She loves to swim, and gets her kindness from her mother, but her protectiveness from her father. She is a gentle soul, and could never hurt those she considers her friends.

Even though she was born in the Shadow flight, she feels a stronger pull towards Windsinger than Shadowbinder. The calming lull of the Zephyr Steppes is where she calls home, and she doesn't care much for the shadows.

When she's not in the water she can be found hanging around Agni, watching him cast magic and chatting with him. Ever since the Coatl rescued her from a Harpie flock that had intended to kill her, she has looked up to him, and has convinced her father to never fight with him.

Even though she has a hard time understanding Fae dragons, she is an excellent interpreter and translator. She's the one her Clan calls on when it comes to trading with passerby beast clan animals. Often, she gains friends with the beast clans, and brings back gifts as well as manuscripts and other goods, and she gives them gifts in return. Harpies are a problem, however, as many of the avian flocks are vicious and would attack her on sight.
