I'm the kind of person who can very happily spend hours in character creation, and designing my progen was much of the same, even with my friends in the Skype call hassling me to get a move on and start playing this weird "Dragon Neopets" game with them.

Now obviously, she was going to be a Fae. FR attracts dragon girls in the same way LoreWolf attracts wolf girls, but if anything, I've always been a fairy girl. And after agonizing over all the possible colour combos, I landed on Aqua/Rose. I won't try to insist I chose her tertiary, but I do remember a fundamental misunderstanding of how terts work, because I saw the accent colour on the inside of her ears and thought, "Ah, there's the Seafoam." What a dummy.

Even dumber is that after a decade there still isn't a tert gene that looks good with her Aqua Iri/Rose Seraph combo. Athafi has looked much of the same for years now, with the most recent design change being Soft Pink silks instead of Crimson and Gossamer layered, and I have kind of given up hope of The Just Right Gene getting released. I think I'm better off holding out for a tert scatterscroll.

But in the meantime, Athafi is still my beautiful custom progen, the epitome of soft elegance and loveliness.
