Biography
Obernia is a name to know in the Plague clique as the first dragon from the Nature flight who dared to call herself one of them. Her flamboyant colours belie a surprisingly quiet individual - not surprising for a Nature dragon who spent most of her life in Plague. She's not quite ready to take pride in her birth flight just yet, but she's getting there. That being said, if she were forced to choose between her loyalties, she'd follow the Mother every time.
Her sour relationship with a mirror who came to the clan before her - and the drama that ensued when he was caught with another dragon, who hadn't known they were together - was the subject of gossip for the longest time. She doesn't really care anymore; managing to survive the destruction of her old clan, then the journey to the Icewarden's lands, taught her that perhaps she's far stronger than she ever thought. He didn't show affection as much as he coddled and pitied her, in retrospect. She barely even noticed when he left, despite the heartbreak he initially caused.
With the exception of Iaso, whose opinion is always a mystery, she is beloved by the Plague clique and a frequent voice of reason whenever things start getting out of hand. She's one of the few dragons that Nalice trusts with assisting her in ambassadorial work and is also the only dragon in the entire lair capable of drinking Keloid under the table.
