The Seer

Ianthe and a band of scouts found Radiant in the wastes, half starved and badly injured by a band of harpies. They drove back the harpies and brought Radiant to Lady Reis, who immediately gave her unconditional refuge. During her recuperation, Radiant expected to be interrogated by the clan matriarch, especially after bringing harpies nearly to her doorstep. When Reis made it known that she was under no obligation to share her past with anyone, Radiant asked to stay, and offered her skills as a seer and scryer in service to the clan.

Despite her breed's notorious dislike of water, Radiant is most at home in the depths, where the currents of water and time are one and the same to her. She has a rare gift of foresight and a keen sense of judgment, which has made her one of Lady Reis' most trusted advisers.

Though she has been blessed with the Tidelord's gifts, she has no formal training as an Acolyte or Devout, and has no interest in making pilgrimages back to her homeland.

Radiant and Brightly make an odd pair- him with his nose pointed skywards to the stars, and her with her snout always to the ground, tasting the currents of the great underground rivers that flow beneath Dragonhome. They both take a certain delight in testing their skills against each other, and much to the surprise of the rest of the clan, what began as friendly rivalry became something much more intimate over time.

When asked, of course, both Radiant and Brightly claim they knew it was destined to be the moment the met.
