______ While exploring, you can hear something that sounds like the walls are caving in. It scared you at first, waiting for something to happen only to realize that it's something else. Is that... digging? It comes from an empty part of the nest and after following the sound you see the source. You discover a massive dragon, methodically carving out more space. He pauses whenever your scent fills the area, turning to look back at you. There are scars and wear on his body, poking out from wherever scales show instead of clothing. It gives you an idea that he's an old dragon, perhaps the oldest one here. Though, the age of dragons doesn't really mean much to them. When they live for thousands of years, it's easy to lose track.

______ There is a scowl on his face, something that you quickly learn is just an expression rather than him genuinely being angry at your presence. His tone is soft and rather kind whenever he greets you, inquiring about what you're doing in this part of the lair. You ask him what he's doing and in return, he gestures toward the wall. Ah, right. Digging.

______ He is inclined to answer your questions about himself, though it's clear that he wants to get back to work. Turns out the Ridgeback is the one pushing the expansion of the lair. Invoker enjoys the process and enjoys digging as it gives him time to think. Not only that, but he's rather good at.... acquiring.... items from around them. The mention of Taevarth has a soft noise leaving him as he stretched his wings a little bit. They were old friends, Invoker helping him whenever the Guardian was in a time of need. It's clear he thinks highly of him, even if the Ridgeback is technically Second in Command. You decide to leave him to his work, turning back to watch those claws dig into the stone and tear it away as if it were soft. Couldn't imagine what that would do to you.
