Backstory
Hecate's egg, along with Taver's, was given to Clan Phantom by Clan Fireblaze, who were swamped that week with a mysterious infestation of orphan nocturne eggs. Upon hatching, she was given into the care of Hyra and Kaz, along with three other orphan nocturnes. Hecate was a troublesome and irritable hatchling, and was the source of many of the arguments that Neith had to settle. She even snuck out of the lair on one occasion to prove she could fight monsters. The resulting skirmish with a ruby webwing was a success, but left her with a scar over her eye. She was grounded extensively for that shenanigan, but once she was old enough Clan Phantom's senior warriors started to train her to fight. She joins the battle teams when she can, and spends most of her spare time hunting.
Personality
Hecate is easy to anger and difficult to placate once she is angry. This temper serves her well on the battlefield, but is rarely beneficial in interacting with her clanmates. She is a tough little dragon, and isn't afraid to let anyone know it. Beneath her irritable exterior, however, is a deep seated sorrow at her abandonment. Hecate is continually angry at her birth parents for leaving her, and she would love nothing more than to find them and demand an explanation.
