Wintersturm is what might be called a meteorologist. Or maybe she's a priest of the tempest, or maybe a storm witch. Nobody is quite sure. Fact is that Wintersturm has an amazing talent to predict the weather and the currents - many suspect that she also possesses the power to alter and bend them to her will.

This does not make the others fear her, however. She is as peaceful as the sea on a calm day, and often directs the matriarchs attention to locations where dragons might me in dire straits due to weather conditions.
