She has a surprisingly wry sense of humor, and boldly paints her observations on the walls of the tunnels. Visitors to the clan may be surprised to see things such as "if that guy comes by again i will fight him he is creepy banish him" or "why do people not like lavender it is a nice color it is sensitive please leave it alone" emblazoned on the entryway to the clan, but Kilararen ensures that any paint Kerana gets her claws on is washable.

She often plays Tejendoma's music for festivals, with a quiet sensitivity to the music and the instrument.
