Once a demonic dream sprite Bill lived only in the dreamscape, only being able to interact within the dreams of dragons and other sentient beings. After causing many torments through their sleep the powerfully small demon made it to the world of the wakeful, how did he? Who knows and honestly who cares? The clan has learned to tolerate his odd antics and behaviors, aside from the occasional nightmares the clan has suffered no harm while being in his presence.

Cipher, as he's usually referred to, spends his time collecting bones and watching the movements of all, he always seems to know what and when something is going on, it's if he had eyes everywhere. The hatchlings and anyone friendly with him call him by his first name. Besides watching and creeping everyone out he sometimes likes to scare hatchlings much to their dismay. It's all in good fun for he seems to like them it's just his own odd way to show affection. The little sprite is said to create blue fire from the tips of his hands.

Cipher enjoys to also give everyone he meets odd nicknames instead of calling them by their real names. He has a collection of Peryton teeth decorating the inside of his nest which is in one of the caverns inside a nearby cave. Also found further away from his nest and amber held teeth he has a small collection of bones and skulls decorated with paints and silks, to be given a decorated skull is a high honor. The trickster also adores making deals with others over anything that he might be able to use to his advantage in the future and always seals it with a handshake of blue flames to seal it. When asked what his life was like back int he dreamscape he becomes noticeably rigid and snappy, it's best not to ask him about his past at all

A small Gold and obsidian Fae with strange yellow eyes, he has a third red eye on his forehead he keeps closed most of the time. Small sharp teeth usually formed into an off wide Cheshire cat grin. Very Chipper voice that almost echos when he speaks, when angered it's said his scales and eyes change color and pattern warps, his once bright yellow scales become fire red, his golden white eyes become black, his third eye changes from a bright red to a dark glowing midnight, his wings are a pale white, his body forms jagged shadowy marks, last his voice becomes much deeper and a louder echo of demonic voices rings in one's ears.
