Jiji is an artist. She looks at the world around her and sees all the beauty in it. She then paints artworks to share with other dragons how beautiful the world is. Jiji is her nickname, her true name is known only to her, and she never ever plans to tell anyone what it is. Jiji met another young dragon as a teen, and they quickly became friends. She and Angelo had very similar personalities and likes, and they would wander around the clan's territory together, discussing the beauty of the world around them, Angelo sharing his innate wisdom, and Jiji describing how she would paint plant life, animals, the sky and the earth around them. Due to a fling with Eleanor, Eleanor fell pregnant with Angelo's hatchlings, and he mated with her.
As they shared their hopes, likes and dreams for the future, Jiji slowly fell in love with Angelo. Angelo's feelings for Jiji were also growing, and soon they became so close that other dragons in the clan noticed, and began to try to convince them to mate, and they also tried very hard to convince Angelo to break his mating with Eleanor. One of Angelo's friends, Lucas, was especially guilty of trying to convince Angelo to leave Eleanor and mate with Jiji. Jiji tried her hardest to forgot her feelings for Angelo, as he had told her that he will stay with Eleanor no matter what. She began to try to get closer to other dragons in an attempt to further herself from her feelings, but no matter what she tried, nothing worked.
Jiji had distanced herself from Angelo during this time, and coupled with a hard week helping Abraham negotiate a multi-clan trade agreement, he confronted Jiji about the distance, and as they screamed at each other, and Jiji confessed about staying away so she would not fall deeper in love with Angelo, they both gave into the passion of their fight and made love. Jiji and Angelo had a month long affair. As they spent time together, twining their bodies together, talking and sharing, they grew closer and closer. Their affair only ended when Eleanor almost caught them together, and Jiji decided it was too risky to continue.
A few months after their affair, Jiji found that she had fallen pregnant with Angelo's hatchlings. She informed him, and he was delighted with the news. As she started the process of building her nest for the eggs, she was proud to announce to the clan that she was to lay eggs. Some late nights, after Eleanor was asleep, Angelo would sneak into Jiji's lair and they would curl around the eggs and talk about names for the hatchlings and they would speak of their hopes and dreams for the hatchling's futures. After the eggs hatched, Jiji named the hatchlings Frederick and Strawbery. Strawbery did not survive, dying from illness after only a month of life. Jiji dotes upon Frederick greatly due to this loss, and he adores his mother in return. Jiji still loves Angelo, even after all this time, and she shows affection by painting for him with Frederick and they give them to him together.
