Biography
Uh-oh, looks like this adorable adventurer wandered a little too far from her lair (#193961, Aubergion), and now she's off to see the world! If ever you feel the urge to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return her home instead, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. Nala is the eldest child of her clan’s matriarch, Nuwa - if one can call a nameless mishmash of mismatched vagrants a clan. Her brothers, like her, hungry for greater things, left as soon as they were grown to serve at the Lightweaver’s side. Nala took off in the other direction. There has to be more beyond the Sundial Terrace, and she wants to see every last bit of it. She'd really appreciate if you'd note your elemental allegiance next to your lair/username, to help her remember all the wonderful places she's been - and all the places she still has to visit! The fae flew into the woods, getting lost within the toxic mist and stumbles apon a cave. The leader, Gamzee, greated Nala and offered a place to stay but he warned that she must leave before the toxic corrupts her. Nala stayed for a few more days before leaving and now is tainted by the darkness, now she slowly will become dark and slightly insane. Flying with this new darkness was difficult, and Nala needed a break. She spotted a nice looking lair below her, which welcomed her and gave her a place to stay. Nala didn't know how this toxic thing worked, but she suspected that she might be able to infect other dragons with it as well. With her better judgement, Nala said goodbye to the clan and continued her journey. After a few days, Nala was very hungry and the toxins in her body were taking a toll on her. Soon, she saw a lair, barely making it to the entrance. A male blue and gold skydancer found her laying outside the lair, and brought her to their clan healer, Corbel. Corbel did her magic and healed the toxins that were taking over her body. It took several days to recover, but fully recover she did. She stayed a couple days to meet everyone and make sure she was healthy. Corbel gave her the okay, and after a big celebration, and many thanks, she was on her way to a better start of her journey. After traveling from the Windswept Plateau, the growing jungle started to feel a bit too exuberant. A kind-hearted Skydancer took her in as she explored the Viridian Labyrinth. There, she learned the beauty of plants and flowers and finally decided how to be great- travel all along Sornieth and document the flora. Finally, full of self-actualization and homesick, she departed back to her mother's arms. (Nala’s not afraid of change. Whatever happens - it’s all part of the adventure.) |
