There isn’t very much anyone knows about Hallow. All that can be said is he came to the clan silent, and has not done much to break the trend.
It is uncertain as to whether his hood, which is virtually disintegrating due to age, is intended to shield his eyes from the sun or to protect other dragons from his gaze. Those unfortunate enough to lock eyes with the imperial have come away shivering uncontrollably for days, unable to speak save for garbled accounts of ominous things to come.
Hallow spends most of his time alone, seeking the Lightweaver’s will. He is a seer of sorts, but so far he hasn’t spoken a word of prophecy. His hands are always cold, and while he often helps with manual labour most dragons tend to avoid him and his downcast gaze. How such a dragon produced a daughter like his is a mystery to all; she must take after her mother.
