~Past~ Punchy, plucky Brennius hatched last in his clutch, but he came out biting and snarling. Apparently, no one told him that he was a Fae. Feisty and bitey, Brennius was a handful growing up; he frequently got into tussles with dragons much larger than himself. As soon as Brennius was old enough to fly on his own, he was sent away from the Emberglow Hearth to follow his older brother from a previous clutch, Belinus, to the golden Light lands. Unlike his older brother, Brennius isn't much of a talker nor a debater. He found much of the attempts to teach him at the Sunbeam Ruins to be tedious and boring; he had a hard time paying attention to books. When their little sister, Aurelia, arrived to join them, Brennius was the one who decided that, after she finished her studies, they should all venture to the Plague Lands together. After spending time with the stalwart survivors of the Plaguebringer's domain, Brennius parted ways from his siblings to travel on his own to find new adventures and new challenges. ~Personality~ Brennius is loud and brash, especially for a Sparkling Cider dragon. He loves a good fight as much, if not more so, than many of the larger, more physically imposing dragons. Brennius uses a combination of blistering fire magic and his own razor sharp claws and fangs to attack foes. He uses his small size to his advantage, to avoid attacks and get up close and personal with those he's fighting. He isn't afraid to go for the eyes! But at his core, Bren still is a Cider dragon, and that means a love of celebration, camaraderie, and hosting friends. After a hard battle, Brennius loves nothing more than inviting his team mates back to his lair for a hearty mug of ale and a few rousing drinking songs. Trophies hard won from foes are Brennius' favorite treasures and he favors practical attire that protects his glossy scales without slowing him down. |
