Abner is one of the many refugees that have made the Sable Glen their home. He was found wandering close to the clan grounds, apparently attracted by the wild roses that grow in the glen. Over the seasons, his memories have faded, aside from vague flashes brought back by familiar scents. He has no memory of his home, aside from the aroma of roses and starfall blossoms, which, along with his element, suggests that wherever he used to live was likely in the Tangled Wood. He remembers being cast out, but can't remember why. He is quiet, even for a tundra, and is usually found helping Gren or Sebastian, having formed a bond with Bas after recognizing him as a fellow Shadow-born dragon. When not assisting the doctor or his mate, he usually spends time tending a small patch of starfall blossoms he has been growing around his home. They have yet to cause any property damage, so most other clan-mates regard his hobby garden with cautious acceptance. Rhiannon has warned him against letting them spread too close to the tree, a warning he has so far heeded.
