Fiercely independent right from the start, Barb wanted very little to do with her family. Until weapons training. She spent her childhood obsessed with her sister's training until she could begin her own. Shorter in stature, with wider hips than shoulders she still sports an hourglass figure that many envy. Resting on her hips now is the coiled leather of a whip, the end barbed with the broken shell of a Blue Dragon Reef Snail.

Her whip collection has become extensive, various materials and lengths. Barbs and poisons are amusing to play with, though she doesn't get to test them out until an actual fight. Her brother, Garrotte inspired a particularly fun whip with barbs made from large pieces of high voltage almonds. Though they have to be replaced often, the use is shockingly amusing.

Barb discovered a relationship with her mother after enlisting her assistance with poisons. She learned how to build her own immunities to various toxins, and has come to enjoy the taste of Citrus Lionfish, and has taken to breeding them, experimenting occasionally breeding with other toxic wildlife.
