Leara could be called rather strange - she never loved herself with no particular reason. She is really gifted - beautiful, smart, healthy and strong, she's just haunted by bad luck. Her family never actually cared about her. Then her home, Water clan, dismissed her because they had no lair place left. Later on, she failed in finding a mate, because of the crush she had on Antoras. Because of all this she felt really sick and tired of herself, and no one was there for her. She now learns to believe in herself and in others, and the dragons feel really comfortable with her polite and soft character.
