Often distracted by shiny things, Kade is a natural-born blacksmith. This came as surprise to his mothers and father, with Oki's phobia of fire and Winter's ham-fisted way with her paws.

Kade is officially Winter and Viktoria's son with Oki as his surrogate father. After he hatched, Vik built countless metal and glass trinkets to entertain her only son. As soon as he could walk, Kade spent his days in Vik's workshop while she held him at tail's length from the dangerous equipment. He was ecstatic when he was finally old enough to use the forge and favored smithing with gold. He discovered his good eye for detailing and soon specialized in decorative smithing.

Still, he couldn't ignore the nature flight blood in his veins from his father. Under the ash constantly covering his paws is a green thumb. He has an affinity for daisies and sunflowers, growing them in the clan's garden.
