Ragnheiðr is one of those dragons who seems to have been there forever. Her role at the Sanatorium is the alchemist and studies medicines altered by magic. She is overly energetic and eccentric. She's rather a klutz, yet is one of the most adept magic users in the area. Prior to her disappearance she kept to herself, caring more for her work than speaking to others, but now she is bubbly, energised and always happy - almost as if she seems to not have the ability to feel negative emotions, nor does she know how to handle them from another dragon. Her carelessness has caused many dragons to not trust her at all, though Dautheill insists she is fine. Her work station is a complete mess but she has no trouble with finding everything she needs. One's senses would go mad from everything going on - the sounds of bubbling, the smell of burning and purple smoke covering the floor like a fog.

Ragnheiðr was orphaned while still in her egg as her parents died during a dominance battle. Adopted by the old mage of another clan, she studied under them throughout her childhood. She was quiet at first - too focused on practising magic and alchemy than to care about playing with other hatchlings. The old mage passed away when Ragnheiðr was in her late adolescence, leaving her the role of the clan's alchemist and local mage. The clan was small, so she didn't have much work to do most of the time and couldn't afford many resources. A few years later she heard of the [plague doc clan] starting up in an old fort not too far away in search of an alchemist. Successfully joining the other doctors there she started new projects, now being able to work with rarer properties. She was incredibly invested in one project she was set to work on - to create an amulet that could teleport the wearer wherever they wished when fully charged. This project technically succeeded in that she was able to create the amulet, but something went wrong and she disappeared for weeks. She was found in the inn of a town several miles away by one of [current clan name]'s merchants but seemed completely different...more energised and happy, happily joining in on drinks with other dragons and having a laugh. Luckily Ragnheiðr recognised them and got back to the [plague doc clan]. None knows where on Sornieth - if even in this dimension - she went missing to. The amulet was destroyed and she is under orders to not attempt making a similar amulet again until they find out where.
