Biography

"Everything is a wonderful game! Well, not everything..."

Cadet

---the grinning coatl, deceiver---

Cadet is a free-spirited, wild coatl who can find a positive side to anything pessimistic. But in a clan like this, "optimism" is almost the opposite of "morally good". If it wasn't for his twisted sense of humor and dark, yet light, personality, he would have been brutally rejected by his clanmates. But instead, he was enthusiastically welcomed, the population curious to see someone that varied from the usual.
An alternative, concealed reason Cadet was accepted was because Carnage was curious. The head dragon had watched him, a single white-and-black coatl, drag entire clans down. Pure trickery and working as a double agent could make for-life allies tear each other to shreds over absolutely nothing. Once Cadet's entertainment was over, he would move on, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake, a wicked smile boasting his fangs.
Carnage knew what he was, and set about turning his from a traitor to a complete loyalist. After failing time after time, Cadet finally changed at the will of Cleo.
In times of peace, he is extremely friendly, forming bonds with all different kinds of dragons. Natural confidence mixed with his ecstatic spark of energy makes him the ideal friend to look to for cheering up. However, everyone knows not to trust him, though he would not betray them. (The Boy Who cried Wolf) Being so charming makes him often get misidentified as suspiciously manipulative, but his care-free attitude makes it seem dismissable.
In battle, Cadet doesnt do much physical fighting so much as sparkling magic attacks. He spends a lot of time cheerfully encouraging his teammates, everything personalized to get a victorious battle and happy warriors to go with it.
Cadet is not bad, and not good either. He doesn't deserve trust, but hopes to gain it. The sadistic grin will last through good and bad, and through the ups and downs that come with getting his clan to the top.
