One in a million. Rasui is one in a million, literally and metaphorically. It is only in rumors and fairy tales that creatures believe the stars could truly be plucked from the heavens and formed into a living being. Such things could not possibly exist in the real world. Yet, that is exactly what Rasui is. From the heavens a single star was selected. Its essence, its life force, was set in an unfertilized egg and placed among a nest of others. From that egg, this young dragon came to life. His origin is clear in his attitude and hobbies, even if others refuse to accept his history. Used to being in a sky with trillions of other stars, Rasui cannot stand being alone. If he is not to be found with his mate, then he is likely with Tojiki. As a star, Rasui had boundless energy, but now, confined to his earthly body, he is sleepier and prone to napping as often as possible. In his clan, this bright dragon found a way to use his knowledge of the sky. He serves as the clan’s astronomer, gazing longingly at his home. There is no returning to the sky once a star has left it, but Rasui enjoys dreaming and reaching for the impossible.
