xxxxxWater. Fluid, changing, and mysterious. The dragons of this element have always been seen as oracles, seers that can peer through the shifting tides and spot what may come to pass. Yet they rarely reveal what they see, preferring to remain mysterious and let time flow as it will without their intervention. Aveti has always exemplified the qualities and gifts of a Water Dragon. An older daughter, young while the Tidelord still built his flight. She saw that her fortune lay away from the sea, further north and among the stars.
When she first came upon the young clan headed by a furious Arcane Wraith she gave pause. She had never seen the spiral in all her fortune telling. Couldn't divine the path that the crazed dragon might take. She decided to make the clan her home. At first Wraith was delighted. Aveti would be the very first Imperial to join his crusade. Starling and Auria became fast friends with the then young imperial. Serrach especially enjoyed her friendship and they have been close confidants to this day.
Wraith's initial enthusiasm for Aveti was quickly dashed. She would divine nothing for the clan leader, and would only answer in infuriating riddles. At times she has made passing comments that have foreboded larger events. But despite all her talent as an oracle the chaotic nature Wraith brought to the clan kept her guessing and entertained whenever she tried to peer into the future. Even Aveti could not foretell the great calamity that befell the clan when they were ripped from Arcane lands and deposited in the kingdom of the Icewarden.
Aveti found love in Toshiro. And together they had several clutches. Their first and most treasured child Luthien has remained close to them for all her days. Bringing a chaotic arcane spark to her parents' lives. These days Aveti still spends most of her time with Toshiro. But she has found great friendship with another old timer, Thorondor as they will talk about the old founding days of the clan. Though his 'lightning dragon' ways do grate at times with her mystical look at the world. Most curiously she has been very attached to Valroth. A newcomer to the clan, but older than any dragon she has ever known. He acts whimsical, mischievous, and even childish to her eyes. And yet after every experience with the ancient wind dragon she can't help but feel wiser for the interaction...or at the very least happier.
