Maestro
Master or conductor.
Maestro has no desire to sing or play, but he lives to bring it out of other dragons. Nothing frustrates him more than wasted talent.
He will spend days coaching dragons into their best performances, and can at times be a hash taskmaster, with blunt critiques and demanding rehearsals over and over and over. Still this is balanced out by the pride he shows in all of the performers he instructs and the care he takes to nurture every grain of talent he sees.
His approving nod after a good performance can make a dragon feel ten times as tall.
Maestro is a bit apprehensive of his ability to coach hatchlings, as he has never really learned to gentle his approach, but he will often offer a word of encouragement if he hears talent.
He is a master at conducting performances, and making them truly unforgettable experiences.
This musical genius usually prefers solitude when he is not performing or coaching. His personal life is a bit of a mystery. The only insight his clanmates have is the constant presence the his companion, a Glossy Duskrat called Leopold.
