Aislin is among the very best musical artists that have ever drifted into the clan. She is a master of most instruments, but the harp and the flute remain her favorites to perform with. Her voice is light, airy, and beautiful, but she can command a deep-lunged power with ease when the song calls for it. She is often described as being siren-like; her songs seem to carry on the wind, drawing in dragons from all corners of the main camp. On a personal level, Aislin is a very generous and free-spirited dragon. Anywhere she goes, she can be heard humming a quiet melody to herself. She has a very short list of things that faze her, but self-doubt and disappointment are at the very top. Despite being incredibly talented, she struggles to develop a sense of self worth. Her greatest desire in life is to have positively affected at least one other life, but how can she ever do that if she never does anything more meaningful than perk a few ears every now and again? While Aislin remains humble in regards to her musical talents, she does exploit them in order to make a living for herself. She has set up a tutoring service, allowing dragons young and old to improve their instrumental and vocal skills. |

It is in this way that she met Sunstone. As Cereza moved on to a more normal, domestic way of life with his mate, Sunstone craved something new to occupy his time. He'd always had an interest in the flute, but only ever dabbled in the musical world. After he caught the news of Aislin's arrival in the clan, followed by the clamoring of excited fans, he sought her out for lessons. Ever since, he's been a loyal and diligent student of hers, and perhaps her quickest learner. Immediately charmed by his energy and light-heartedness, Aislin bonded with Sunstone quickly. She considers him to be the best friend she has made in the clan thus far, and she looks forward to each of their meetings with excitement. As of late, she has even found herself to be thinking of him in a more romantic light. However, the young male seems to be remarkably oblivious to her feelings. She, on the other hand, has been through several painful relationships and thus doesn't have the confidence to make any sort of move towards him. So, it seems as though the two are doomed to forever remain just friends, until someone gets some sense smacked into them. |
