One of the weather triplets. He undergoes weather-related experiments indoors, within the confines of his lab. Through this he hopes to one day be able to control and harness the various energies in weather through non-magical means, as this is something he never excelled at.

Occasionally some projects will go awry, typically to inconsequential results. You can see him here covered in the aftermath of a alchemical snowstorm simulation gone wrong. (He took a flurry to the face.)
