Pumpkin and her brother Apricot are the first grandchildren in the Kaito clan. because of this many of the other dragons are very protective and often swarm the both of them. Unlike her brother Pumpkin loves all this attention and will get moody if no one pays any attention to her. she may be a spoiled brat at times but everyone still seems to love her very much.

She used to be mated to Marmalade but he left for some unknown reason. which may have been just as well since Pumpkin had a bad habit of flirting with other guys. Marmalade didn't seem to mind though since he had multiple personalities and they were just glad to be loved equally by such a beautiful dragon.
but with marmalade now gone Pumpkin felt alone, even when flirting with other guys she seemed happy and flirty like usual but she couldn't help but tear up inside.
Much time later she met a younger handsome dragon and felt something she didn't ever feel before, even with her previous mate. As she got to know this dragon more the feeling only grew, and the two ended up becoming a happy couple.
