Born in light, Desideria's earliest memories are of the dark. Her parents rejected her. Unlike her brother and sister, she had no love for learning and channeled her frustration in fighting. When a rogue clan contacted her, she jumped at the chance to learn to fight. Under their tutelage, she became a weapon. Not until a fight took her into the cold where she was left half dead from injuries did she think to change her ways.

When Corvus took her in, she expected to be sent to serve the Icewarden immediately. Instead, he took the time to train her in ways of honor. He gave her a path to channel her anger at the Beastclans instead of other dragons. She knows she owes him everything, and has vowed to find a clan of her own where she can protect the innocent.

Whilst out one day searching for a clan she could call her own, she encountered the Guardian Windsong battling his way through the Mire, guiding the smaller dragons through. Joining him in battle, they fought side by side, teaching the younger ones the ways to gather items from different areas and how to stay safe. Competition brewed playful teasing, to flirting.
