Morgainne
When Laurel had approached her about coming with her to map the Clan's territory Morgainne hadn't understood what she could contribute to the maps produced. Once she heard the explanation she began to grow excited at the opportunity. After some intensive training in map making she'd joined Laurel on every trek since.
Morgainne first arrived at the lair in the company of other Imperials traveling through Dragonhome. The clan, famous for their hospitality, welcomed them & they'd enjoyed getting to know the other dragons in the lair.
When the other Imperials departed Morgainne had decided to stay.

She became aware of the hunters returning from their forays into the territory around the clan home, especially the leader who seemed to always have a ready smile when he looked her way. It became their habit to greet each other at the end of the day as he made his way past the Imperials area of the lair. One evening he asked her to sit with him at the bonfire later. They enjoyed each other as much as the night's entertainment & made a habit of this, too.
One night as they lingered by the glowing embers of the dying bonfire, talking of nothing & everything, Lochlan asked Morgainne of her relationship with Cernunnos. He cocked his head to the side, smiling at her, when she told him they had bred once, but there was no permanent mate bond between herself & the large male Imperial. Then Lochlan surprised her by asking her to consider hand-fasting with him for a year & a day to see if they suited. If they both felt they did then they would be mate bonded on the evening of the last day.
He assured her there was no hurry; she could think on it & tell him when she had reached her decision. Indeed she felt no pressure & continued their conversation as they rose to walk back to the lair. She told him of Cernunnos' affection for Cacia, the wildclaw female. Lochlan speculated that the clan might be growing soon if she, Cernunnos, & Cacia all decided to stay when their other guests traveled on. Morgainne tipped her head & gave him a smile before saying goodnight & entering her personal area of the lair. After a few moments she heard Lochlan turn & pad away to his own space.
Settling down she closed her eyes, drifting to sleep with the question of hand-fasting with the handsome Tundra sure to make an appearance in her dreams.
