The water in a vessel is sparkling; the water in the sea is dark. The small truth has words which are clear; the great truth has great silence.

Fialka is shy, withdrawn, and very polite. Her voice is very quiet, calm, and mainly monotone, flowing like water. Her laugh, rarely heard, crashes like the tide. Beneath this pleasant attitude is vicious sarcasm and an inability to deal with any "uncivilized" dragon. Fialka was blessed with the gift of Future Sight as a hatchling in Tidelord's flight and uses her gift to scry futures in Pernicious's fortune telling tent. However, she can only tell the future through glimpses involving or connected to water. Although Fialka is polite, she will not hesitate to tell the truth about a fortune.
