Nyfin used to be the leader of the Whisper clan, he had founded the clan with three other dragons (a coatl, a guardian, and a mirror). It wasn't all that long before the group took in three more young dragons, a loud Imperial, a clumsy Skydancer and a quiet Coatl. As soon as he had laid his eyes on the Coatl that he knew he had found his charge. Everything was great for a few years, the group spending much of there time running around the tangled woods causing havoc and having fun. It had been on one of their more reckless days of fun having when tragedy stroke the group and they lost four of their members one of which being Nyfin's charge. After the event the remaining members settled down. Nyfin started to take in lost or thrown away dragons hoping maybe one would fill the the hole in his heart, but his wishes were not going to come true. A year had passed and it had become apparent that Nyfin was in no shape to really take care of his clan anymore. He chose a young skydancer they had added to their clan early on to take over for him while he went back to their den for a long needed nap.

Drix soon followed Nyfin back to the den to rest finding the rest of the world dull without the others.

Mabrarn ended up traveling between the Whipser clan and a few other friendly clans hoping to one day fill the gap left by losing his best friends even though deep down he knows it wont happen. Recently returned to the Whispers and became an advisor to Mica.
