B I O G R A P H Y

As the Emperor of the Submerged Willow Empire, Akihiko rules alongside his mate, Tempest. He is a wise adviser to her and while Tempest is often the deciding vote, Akihiko ensures laws are upheld by the lords and benefit the people who live under his rule. He carries this mantel with grace and quiet strength. Akihiko himself is a calm dragon who prefers to spend his time among the endless tomes of knowledge housed in the Sanctuary's Grand Library. Be it by influence or magic, he is willing to aid those who simply ask for it. While rather skilled in magic he is not one for battle and the mere thought of such wasted life wounds his heart. He would rather find a peaceful way to resolve conflicts.

Before the migration to the Sunbeam Ruins, he was a mere record keeper and historian, with little to do with the day to day operations of the clan. After the “The Collapse” he did everything in his power to help his mate regain herself. Like many who survived the tragedy, he felt guilty that nothing could be done to stop such an event from happening. But he did not allow such feelings to cloud his mind. With Tempest wounded and heartbroken, he had to step up in her place. Akihiko had a secret that helped him in the arduous task of building a small collection of dragons into a prosperous empire. He was born to wear a crown.

Prince Akihiko was born to a ruined kingdom. His mother and father fled the castles destroyed walls in a once beautiful oasis to live a more modest life with their only hatchling. While his father took up the trade of a fisherman, his mother made sure to raise him with all the royal decorum befitting his bloodline. She knew well that he would one day need the advice and knowledge she was passing onto him. When he came of age, he left his small fishing village to find out more about the world he lived in.

The Gods have been kind let us hope we can stay in their favor.
