After Riva, an ice fae who had stepped down from her role as leader of Eternal Serenity, Tonas was adopted into the clan, destined to be the next leader of the clan. As a hatchling, he was a silly dragon, living under the wing of the last two representatives of the clan. A wind representative, Verastophilis and a plague representative, known as Sythalen. Together the two Fae raised him to adulthood where he was crowned the newest leader of the lair.

As a leader, Tonas is one who is rather silent. He is a stern leader, enjoying solitude more than anything. Although his physical reign isn't known as being the best, Tonas is very good at reasoning. He enjoys to take things slow, adopting hatchlings into the lair as he pleases. He waits for projects to be complete before starting a new one. He is known for his still, deadpan demeanor, standing so perfectly still above his lair, that blocks of ice develop on his wings due to the winter winds. Quietly, he stands watch, waiting, protecting, and daring.
