“Once on a stormy night,” “Wait was it stormy” Said the second narrator. “Now that I think about it.. Wait no it was still stormy” Said the first narrator. “Okay let’s go with that” “It was stormy” whispered the first narrator. *A tiny coatl hatchling sat Shivering under her covers.* The coatls mother came in* “What’s wrong parfait?” Said The coatls mother named Eveningtide. “It’s so scarey outside!” Said parfait. “come on it’s just a little storm” Said Eveningtide. *The mother handed parfait a daisy hat*

“What’s that?” Said parfait looking out from under the covers. “The end” Said the first narrator. “What no way there’s still more don’t worry” Said the second narrator. “Well back to the story” “It’s a hat your GrandMother gave to me when I was a hatchling.” “Here put it on” Said Eveningtide lovingly. *Parfait put it on* “Wow Where did the storm go?” Said parfait.

“It’s a magic hat it was made by your great grandfather and past down. It makes the storm go away as soon as someone in the family puts it on.” Said Eveningtide. “The end” said the first narrator “Oh my gosh not again” Said the second narrator. “I REALLY want to say the end!” “Yes I know that but you can say the end when I say you can.” “Fine” “Anyway” “So it’s magic?” Said Parfait. “Yup” “Woah. I will keep it forever!” “You have to promise me you will keep it safe” “Promise!” Said parfait excitedly! “And Parfait kept her promise And still has the hat and she never takes it off.” Said the second narrator “Now can I say it?” “Yes”
