B I O G R A P H Y

"You will always be welcome here."

If you were ever to meet Olwen, you would notice she always smiles. Her sunny attitude could brighten the darkest of days, it is one of the many reasons the clan members look up to her as a leader.

She was born in Sunbeam Ruins, her parents both strong Ridgebacks for their clan. She out grew both of them and proved her strength against others whilst out hunting. Once she was of age, she left her birth clan and began to traverse the entirety of the Lightweaver's realm, learning what she could about her hertiage and the Light. She eventually settled in a hill near the border of the Tangled Wood to start a clan of her own, a place where all dragons could feel welcome.

She wasn't alone for long. Sapphira and Draco were the first travellers to join Olwen in her hillside. Three drakes appeared not long after, Permafrost, Nemesism and Nymphaea; the rosy-touched Ridgeback soon became close friends with the sunny clan leader. It was only then did she notice a Ridgeback, standing in the shadows of the Tangled Wood. His secretive personality always made her curious. After many months of courting, Siberite finally settled in the hillside with her. The number of Ridgebacks in the clan was oddly high, and one day Siberite made the quip that this hillside was more like a Ridgeside. Olwen laughed but the name stuck, the clan was hence known as Clan Ridgeside.

Now she spends her days teaching the hatchlings of the clan about the world and the Light's domain; and training those who wish to be honoured with the task of serving under a deity. Though her clan may move around from time to time, she remains a wise leader, continuing to lead them to a brighter tomorrow.
