Biography
Sornieth named herself for the planet, for it was the planet's stories she sought to preserve for as long as she could. Stories from the very beginning, when the Beastclans had yet to rise and the flights still fledged. Unfortunately, she has the memory skills typical to her kind. What use is the intellect of an arcane dragon if she couldn't even remember what she'd been told in her travels in the first place?
She found a solution. Her fur, once a brilliant blue and gold, is now patterned with innumerable runes and pictographs of all the stories she has encountered. Braided knots of scented string from a fellow tundra who was the queen of her clan, the well-wishes of a lonely coatl cast out for her dull feathers, and the intricate script of an ancient creature deep within the earth are all stories she must tell someone someday. Unfortunately, she is also a rather small dragon, and she soon ran out of space.
She found another solution, this time within a clan. A wildclaw named Legion reads her fur and commits the stories within to scrolls upon scrolls stored in the library, leaving her free to start anew with a fresh canvas. She returns to the clan frequently and is often found accompanying Mytho in entertaining hatchlings with the scraps of stories she has managed to remember, which Mytho is more than happy to improvise with.
The story of Sornieth the tundra has yet to be finished. Perhaps someday, it will be, and Legion will write her name with his finest inkstone and Eira will sing songs of her travels for years to come.
