Namine was the first dragon to join the clan after its founding. She found Fiore and Isaki while wondering through the woods in the middle of the night and decided to stay. She was a lot more talkative and excitable than her companions, so she got on their nerves at lot before it started to become commonplace. After finding out that she was a fighter, Isaki and her began training together.

Later on, once the clan has actually been established and more dragons appeared, Isaki and Fiore had a clutch of eggs. Namine and Sycamore were named the godparents of the newly hatched Tsume and Vendetta, and later on, Lapis. Namine doted on her new god-children and loved them with all her heart. But soon Isaki vanished and Namine was forced to watch as Vendetta threw herself into exhaustion day after day trying to be better than her father. Lapis was trying her best to help her sister, and Tsume was hiding away trying not to think of his father.

So, Namine took on Vendetta and Lapis as her students and trained them to fight, though Lapis was a bit hesitant to. Namine hated seeing her god-daughters hurt and did her very best to protect them while also teaching them. Soon, Stockings arrived in the clan and started up the Guard. Namine was extremely hesitant at first. She was the one protecting the dragons of this clan, how could she trust some stranger who just waltzed into the clan? She ended up joining in the end, but still remained suspicious of Stockings.

As the clan grew and grew and more dragons took up residence, Namine found herself drifting. For the first time, she didn't know what to do with herself. The clan was safe, her friends had found others besides her, and she didn't have a mate. During this time, she found solace with her friend Viella. The fae had also found herself drifting and the pair grew quite closer. Namine also grew closer with Sycamore.

As Namine spent more time with Viella, she found herself feeling strange. After mentioning them to Sycamore, the skydancer nearly did a spit-take with his tea. He told her those feelings were definitely love. At first Namine refused. She'd never had feelings like that before and why start now! But, she soon realized, would it be so bad if it were with Viella? She grew so flustered that she barely managed to talk to Viella for the next week.

When finally confronted by Viella, Namine spilled everything about how she felt. Viella started to cry. She had felt the same, but was afraid of being rejected and losing her most precious friend. The two had a good laugh about it later and spent their first official date getting pancakes.

Namine is usually incredibly interested about anything and everything. She's very touchy-feely, and when she enters a room, she makes her presence known. Her brain works faster than her mouth and she usually just word-vomits until someone stops her. She's very family-oriented and loves her makeshift family with all her heart.
