Leopold runs a library and a chasm record of various things/events. is an older imp that records events and miscelaneaus info that have happened in the chasm. All knowledge is good knowledge. Records he has in his library ex) flash fire that burned down the Shrouded Grove , Pearl Snatcher info and interview with Ghoulash, wanted posters of thugs that have entered chasm, catalogs for flora cats etc etc. he’s got everything.

Offenders that have not returned/stole a book or have wrecked his library are banned- he has a banned board with the picture of the offender. It’s their for life. Or until books/damage is paid/returned. But he does hold grudges.
