Shia
Matriarch and Nest Tender
A truth inherent to the natural world (and, by extension, the Nature flight) is that of its duality. Salem certainly embodies the fierce, primal survivalist, a fearless hunter and a fearsome warrior through and through. But for every life taken, a new one will bloom in its place. For every loss, there is a birth; for every murder, a mother. And for the denizens of the Ivory Tower, Shia is that mother. She speaks in the soft sing-song tones of a breeze through sprouted leaves. She moves with the heavy grace of a matriarch. And the ferocity with which she protects the clan's hatchlings is matched only by the tenderness with which she welcomes them into the Lightweaver's domain as they hatch.

As the clan's nest tender, Shia spends a great deal of time caring for expecting and tending mothers in the clan, bringing them fresh bedding, restorative herbs, and much-needed nourishment. She also monitors growing hatchlings, giving their parents a (greatly appreciated) break from hatchling care. She was recently granted a boon from the Lightweaver, transforming her into one of the Lightweaver's own favored children: a Pearlcatcher. She now consumes the discarded eggshells of the clan's hatchlings to add to her own small pearl; each hatchling is a new layer, a new memory. Though they may be exalted to the service of the Lightweaver or move on to new homes, they will always be remembered.

Exalting Shia to the service of the Lightweaver will remove them from your lair forever. They will leave behind a small sum of riches that they have accumulated. This action is irreversible.
