Biography
Refined, observant, and powerful are the words that best describe Clove. Born the daughter of who Clove sees as the most powerful and beautiful Imperial around, Ceremony, Clove takes her Plague heritage seriously. Her Plague Sprite is a valued friend and companion, and she is hardly ever seen without it.
Mate to the much older Sangria, Clove is often found in his workshop when not attending to sick clan members. While she usually can't help Sangria actually build any of his inventions due to her incompatibility with Lightning magic, Clove is often the one Sangria springboards ideas off of. Her skills of observation are impressive, and her mind is sharp, and she nearly always understands Sangria's inventions as he creates them and he happily chats with her as he works.
Clove is also a powerful mage, and unfortunately for her enemies, a Plague dragon. She is often called in to look at clan members who are ill and advise the healers, and to use her magic to keep the illness from spreading as best she can. While she possesses the ability to lessen illness and keep foodstores from rotting, she often does not. Like a true Plague dragon, Clove believes that surviving through one's own power is the best course of action. Asking her to lessen the severity of an illness when it's not fatal will be rewarded with some choice words.
She's rather close to Invocation, another Plague Imperial, and when they fight together their enemies are in for a world of pain.
