Biography
D I O S
Co-Clan Leader / Storyteller
Mate: Araceli
Biography: Before the tundras were deemed wastelands for the banished, Dios and his clan thrived therein. Their colors made them prime predators of the north, terrors to all they faced, and yet their culture was full of decoration and prestige. Back then, Dios was one of the many children of the clan leaders and his life was pleasurable. With few responsibilities aside from entertainment of all kinds, he drank, ate, and pleasured himself for a larger chunk of his life. He sired many illegitimate heirs, although used his funds to make sure they were well off.
Of course, change eventually entered his life. Growing wars between his clan and another began to reach inside their borders, the cost of lives turning from a trickle to a river in the span of days. Enemy forces eventually reached the heart of their lands, and they destroyed everything. Dios watched as the blood of his siblings, lovers, and parents spilled the streets. He grabbed everything he could and fled. Far away from everything, to the mountain's peak, where he watched his whole world burn and die in a matter of days.
When the fighting died down and the army left, he returned home and collected what little remained from the pillaging. He would spend the next few years collecting lost tombs, heirlooms, and other valuables of great importance to his clan. With these, he reconstructed the history of his clan and the details of his family, his children, and everything else he could think of. He penned this tell until he could write no more and fell into a deep slumber.
Years later, he was awoken by a drake that stumbled upon his cache where he slept, and she helped recover his strength for him. He fell for her, mostly out of loneliness and this perceived kindness. While he kept his treasured stories, he let her use his money collected to build together a new clan. Although he is too tired to care much for anything political within the clan, he still spends his days telling the story of his lost clan to all that listen.
