Biography
Aphrodisia originally fell in love with a plain, nervous Guardian named Celsus, but the change to a Coatl changed more than his shape at first.
Lately, Aphrodisia has felt like she's grown away from Celsus, who after all made her feel welcome when she first came to Sunleaf. Their first Starfall, she noticed he was really into it, so she got into it as well. She made him a scarf in the Arcanist's colors, and she actually really likes both his accent and hers. She finally took hers off because all that pink was a bit overwhelming on a dragon her size. She told Cebrian that wearing sunglasses in her presence was overdoing it, though.
She learned how to knit from Celosia, who left to serve the Gladekeeper. Since then, Aphrodisia has been trying to find her place in Clan Sunleaf. Celsus has been having too much fun with his little games with Cebrian and the other mages to really notice her loneliness. Aph isn't a mage, and she was grateful to find Clan Sunleaf, with its mix of mages and gardeners and warriors and... whatever it is Blodwen and Faolin are doing.
Aphrodisia struck up a friendship with Garrus, who also feels a bit left out sometimes, but she still found herself missing her annoying Coatl. The Nocturne is always busy... calibrating. Now that he's found Avani, the three of them spend a lot of the time together, particularly when Cebrian and Celsus are playing their silly games.
Celsus: "Blue?"
Aphrodisia: "I like blue, Celsus. And I'm rather larger than you are, so I needed something bigger than a scarf... you do like it, don't you?"
Celsus: "Of course I like it; you look lovely. I was just surprised at how beautiful you look in blue."
Aphrodisia:"Why are you standing all the way over there, Celsus?"
Celsus:"I don't want to scare the birds."
Aphrodisia:"You won't scare the birds; if I don't scare them, you're hardly going to. Shadow feeds them, so they're very tame."
Celsus:"I didn't know you liked birds. There's... too much that I don't know about you, Aphrodisia. I'm sorry."
Aphrodisia:"I love you. You knew that, right?"
Celsus:"I love you, too. I always have."
