Arram started the clan, proving himself more industrious than the average Mirror by actually clearing space for it. He attracted the down to earth Tundra Allora, who helped dig out the caverns and with whom he had one nest. Later he took the regal Guardian Aurora as a mate and she and Allora acted as co-Matriarchs. This arrangement has remained. The three clan leaders spend a lot of time fighting various creatures together or with two of them in a pair with a new dragon they're training. Outside of that they've formed a romantic triad.

Although the clan is mixed Arram still applies Mirror values in leading it, insisting that all dragons have a bit of experience with fighting, whether or not they intend to use it. He also encourages those that feel drawn to the Flamecaller to answer that call and fight well in the Flamecaller's service.
