Proponent Kaitaka

^{There is nothing more in life that Kaitaka loves than a challenge. So it's no wonder she took her survival skills here; to arguably the roughest place to live on this world. She is considered essential to most of the council members.}

Job

^{Kaitaka's job is all things survival. At any shortage of supplies; whether it be food, water, or construction materials, it is her job to sound the alarm and make sure the shortage is taken care of, and has the authority to issue rationing and order quarantines. In worst case scenerios, she can even order executions to quell the spread of infection. With her skydancer antennae, she is able to sense and predict oncoming natural disasters, and knows to prepare and deal with the aftermath. She is also responsible for organising aid to fellow ally clans in need, and often personally goes out to help during emergencies.}

History

^{Hailing (no pun intended) from the Southern Icefield, it's no surprise that this dragon is a natural-born survivalist. Even so, she goes above and beyond to truly know what it means to live it rough in the wilderness. She loves the challenge and thrill of being only in a hostile environment, with only herself and her skills and knowledge to rely on.

She met Phoenix during one camp out on a frozen mountaincap, doing much the same as herself; pushing herself further than ever. It is here where their rivalry first blossomed, and they taunted each other to go further. They met whenever the winds of fate led them to one another, and they would share their recent stories and challenges before continuing on.

Eventually, Kaitaka would find herself in one of the most inhospitipal places on the planet- The Scarred Wasteland. She proved herself well even here, studying up on the flore and fauna and adapting to a new way of life. The newly-formed clan of Neverspine saw her potential and invited her onto the council to help lead the clan to prosperity.

The offer surprised her; never before had someone else wanted her help in such a way. She gladly rose to the occasion.}
