Fractus' Hibernal Den

A small industrial town half a day's flight inland from the Sand 'n Surf beach. Surrounded by small lakes, marshes, and lowlands, it's an important hub for the coastal towns along both Plague and Shadow territories. The factory owners are more or less landed gentry in the town, and the average worker only barely manages to scrape by.
