A Trick of the Light

Once a ragtag band of performers, but now a front for a thriving black market that makes its rounds through the Hewn City. They sell "alternate" forms of Light, particularly bioluminescence (Nature), flame (Fire), and plasma (Lightning). Even their garish lights cannot fully dispel the unnatural darkness that clings to the narrow alleyways, and their music echoes strangely across the hard stones. Most visitors leave more disoriented than when they arrived.
