The Den of Fortune is an establishment created by several dragons with this money-making mindset. The dragons in this den (which is really just a ton of burrowed tunnels underneath the Emperor's Wake) will go to absurd lengths even for just a single penny.

Remember, as you travel these winding, confusing tunnels...
