Holiday and his partner, Heatwave, had an idea. What if they travelled the world showing off apparel and cool genetics? They began a company known as The Crystal Crew. Dragons would join them in shows and show-off their looks.
They began to hire dragons to work with them. Heatwave didn't think she was pretty enough to be on the stage, so she became a director and talent scout. They began hiring dragons from all over, either to be pretty or help backstage.
The bosses believe that getting dragons young is best as it allows them to understand their jobs at a vital stage and give them this skill for life. The company has gotten a bit of hate thrown at them for this, despite treating the children well. If any of them seriously hate the job, they'll let the child just live with them instead of working, though they are expected to get a job when adults.
