As the clan grows stronger, a high council will be established to watch over the clan, care for their needs, and handle clan affairs.
The council will include the clan matriarch, her mate, and one female dragon representing each of the unique flights.

The clan views exhalation as a great honor, leaving to serve the Icewarden is a privileged reserved for only the best and bravest of dragons.
It is a cause for great celebration among the clan to see one of their own be exalted.
Any dragon who is exalted will have a memorial built in their honor.
