I don't care much about the economics of this game, and all the rest.
I'm here to have a pretty dragon lair and play the mini games.
So, yes, I might undersell a lot of my stuff that I want to get rid of ASAP, don't complain/bother/bully/etc to me about it, just take it. So if you see the act of underselling, yes, I'm doing it on purpose.
Other than that, I'm not as mean as I sound in this, I'm just here to enjoy the game.
