Bismuth is a self-sufficient research outpost located in the Hoverview Vale. It is home to many scientists, alchemists and engineers, all of whom are trying to solve cosmic mysteries or leave their mark on the world. The little outpost appears to attract lost dragons, almost like a beacon for outcasts and oddities to take up residence, whether temporarily or permanently.
