Ahhh,

It's been a very long while. Many things have changed.

My name is Mydryin the first den mother of this clan.
I have many tales, both good and bad that need telling.

The first is our beginning. After the great journey of my mate Kyldathar had found a humble place to call our own. With the prayers sung, and recited with fervor the Flamecaller had heard us and granted us a spirit of her anointed to guide us.

For a great time we flourished raising younglings great and small into our clan, making a name for ourselves. We became foolish and proud forgetting the spirit that helped us.

The we were left to die as punishment. Prayers after prayers were recited. Countless clutches were offered and rejected to our burning mother. We accepted fate and awaited death.
Now our suffering comes slowly to an end.
Now we rise and like our mother, we burn all who stands before us.

We have many candidates to lead in our place. Some better than others.
Though she is thought to cursed, I believe Ashenfell shall take us to great heights. Time can only tell.
